What is Urbanic’s Return Policy? How does it work?
 
*lingerie, jewelry, holiday accessories, and select swimwear items are non-refundable
We are pleased to provide details about our return policy for the benefit of our valued customers. With this option, you have the flexibility to request a return if you are dissatisfied with the product or if there is an issue. You can initiate a return request within 14 days from the date of product delivery. Please note that while the majority of our items are eligible for returns, there are exceptions such as lingerie, jewelry, holiday accessories, and select swimwear items.
 
At present, we do not support product exchanges. The primary requirement for our return policy is that the item you wish to return should be in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact, and not have been used. Upon receiving the returned item at our warehouse, a quality check will be conducted before the refund is processed. While you are welcome to try on the product, please take care to avoid any damage.
 
You can now submit a return request directly from your Urbanic account on the same path you placed the order. If you placed the order from the website, please log in from the website and submit following steps. The following actions are only supported for goods that have been delivered. If you want to cancel an order, please refer to Cancellation.
 
Follow the simple steps outlined below to initiate your return request within 14 days of receiving your order:
 
Log in to your Urbanic account from which you placed the order on the Urbanic.
 
Access the "Account" section from the home page.
 
From your order list, select the order for which you wish to request a return.
 
In the return application, choose the products and quantity you want to return.
 
Specify the reason for the return and provide details about the issue you encountered.
 
Upload images to assist our team in reviewing your request.
 
Submit the request.
 
Once our team reviews and approves your return application, you will receive a notification instructing you to proceed with shipping your return items.
 
Prepare your return items and ship them to the following address: Unit 170, Triumph Way, Triumph Business Park, Liverpool, L24 9GQ
 
After shipping your return items, please remember to update the shipping details in your return application. This will help ensure smooth tracking and prompt processing of your return order refund.
 
If you encounter any difficulties in submitting the return request online, please reach out to our support team at support.uk@urbanic.com.
 
After you have successfully submitted the return request, our team will review it. Once approved, you will be instructed to ship the order to our warehouse. The refund will be processed upon the product's delivery to our warehouse and meeting our quality standards. Please note that no refund will be issued if the received product does not pass the quality check.
 
Kindly be aware that refunds will be provided only for the items; other fees such as shipping fees and COD service charges are non-refundable.
 
There are certain exceptions to our return policy for specific items. These exceptions and rules include:
 
Some products, like fine jewelry, watches, and select items susceptible to damage, can only be returned within a limited number of days.
All items being returned must be unused and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
 
If you have received a free gift or offer with your purchase and wish to return the main item, the gift item must also be returned to process the required refund.
 
ABC will not assume responsibility for products returned by mistake. If an extra or different product is returned in error, ABC cannot be held accountable for its replacement or delivery back to the customer.
