How do I pay using a credit/debit card?
 
We accept payments made by credit and debit cards issued in UK as well as 21 other countries.
 
Credit Cards:
You can make payments using Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. To complete your payment using a credit card at checkout, you will need to provide your card number, expiry date, and either the three-digit CVV number (located on the back of your card) or the four-digit CVV number (for American Express cardholders). After entering these details, you will be directed to your bank's page to enter your online 3D Secure password for added security.
 
Debit Cards:
We also accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard, and American Express debit cards. To make a payment using your debit card at checkout, you will need to provide your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), and the three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). Subsequently, you will be redirected to your bank's secure page to enter your online password (provided by your bank) to finalize the payment.

Yes, you have the option to make credit card payments through Urbanic mobile site and application. What should I do if my payment fails?
 
If you encounter a payment failure, we recommend that you please retry the payment after verifying that all the information you have entered is accurate. This includes checking your account details, billing addresses, and passwords.
 
In the event that your payment is debited from your account despite a payment failure, rest assured that the amount will be credited back to your account within 7-10 business days, following confirmation from the bank.
 
Are there any hidden charges (Octroi or Sales Tax) when I make a purchase on Urbanic?
 
At Urbanic, we believe in transparency, and there are no hidden charges when you make a purchase with us. The prices displayed for all items are final and all-inclusive. What you see on the product page is precisely what you will pay.

How do I cancel my Order?
 
To cancel an order made via the Urbanic website (versus the app) please contact our support team at support.uk@urbanic.com. Title the email "Cancel Order" and attach your order ID and order details.
 
If you placed your order through the Urbanic App, you can follow the steps below to cancel it:
You have the flexibility to cancel an order directly from the Urbanic app, provided this is where you made the order and it has not yet been packed in our warehouse. Simply navigate to the 'My Orders' section within the 'Account' page to initiate the cancellation process. Any amount paid for the canceled order will be refunded to the same card used for the initial payment. Should you encounter any difficulties or have inquiries, please do not hesitate to reach out to our support team via email at support.uk@urbanic.com.
 
Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
 
You have the option to modify the shipping address for your order directly from the Urbanic app or website, provided that we have not yet processed (packed) it. Simply access the 'My Orders' section within the 'Account' page to make the necessary changes. I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?
 
For payments made through Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Digital Wallet, you can expect to receive the refund into the source account within 7-10 business days from the time of order cancellation.
