Returns Policy

We are pleased to provide details about our return policy for the benefit of our valued customers. With this option, you have the flexibility to request a return if you are dissatisfied with the product or if there is an issue. You can initiate a return request within 14 days from the date of product delivery. Please note that while the majority of our items are eligible for returns, there are exceptions such as lingerie, jewelry, holiday accessories, and select swimwear items. .

At present, we do not support product exchanges. The primary requirement for our return policy is that the item you wish to return should be in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact, and not have been used. Upon receiving the returned item at our warehouse, a quality check will be conducted before the refund is processed. While you are welcome to try on the product, please take care to avoid any damage.

If you placed the order from the website, please log in from the website and submit following steps. The following actions are only supported for goods that have been delivered. At Urbanic, our goal is to provide you with products in impeccable condition and deliver them swiftly. Additionally, for all orders totaling ￡50 or more, we offer complimentary doorstep delivery. For orders below ￡50, a nominal shipping charge of ￡3.9 will apply..

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
